Advanced Technology Group announces plans to move to Old Sawmill District

Advanced Technology Group, a fast-growing tech company based in downtown Missoula, has announced plans to relocate its offices to the nearby Old Sawmill District across the Clark Fork River.

Earlier this year, the nonprofit Zootown Arts Community Center announced it had purchased the building on Main Street where ATG is currently housed.

“ATG is thrilled to announce Old Sawmill District as the future home for the ATG Campus,” said Tom Stergios, senior vice president of ATG.

“OSD will support our rapidly growing team of 130-plus employees with a central location, great proximity to downtown, the river, trails, housing and entertainment.”

The company initially will occupy the top two floors of Cambium Place, a large new mixed-use residential, office  and retail building currently in the final stages of construction at the Old Sawmill District, on Wyoming Street. The developers of the district hope that ATG will anchor “an influx” of technology companies to the area.

The building will feature a gym, a work lounge, a chef’s kitchen,  underground parking and concierge services.

A company press release indicated that ATG will “look to build additional space in the area to accommodate further growth.”
